Katia is a legal and corporate governance counsel with over 13 years of multi-cultural experience covering commercial companies, regulated and unregulated fund vehicles and other corporate entities. She has a profound knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory regime and advises daily on corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, PE & RE deals, secured financings, and compliance.
Katia currently provides directorship services for a range of entities domiciled in Luxembourg, Denmark, Germany and other jurisdictions.
Certified Independent Director and INSEAD IDP graduate, she is also member of the board of ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs).
She holds legal degrees from the University of Lodz (Poland), University of Paris X and Nancy II (France) and the University of London.
Katia is a Luxembourg national. She is fluent in English, French, German, Luxemburgish, and Polish.
